Meet Emily

Born in Montecito and raised in Cabo San Lucas, Emily Rice is a second-generation B.C.S. real estate professional with deep roots in the vibrant community of Los Cabos. Her intimate understanding of Los Cabos’ dynamic real estate market is complemented by her global perspective, making her a truly exceptional guide for buyers and sellers in this region.

Before returning to Los Cabos, Emily spent 18 years in Los Angeles and New York, where she built a distinguished career in fashion and public relations. Most recently, she served as the Global Public Relations Director for Tom Ford Beauty at The Estée Lauder Companies, refining her expertise in strategy and communication.

Now back in her hometown, Emily resides in Palmilla with her husband and two young daughters. She is actively involved in her children’s school and sits on the board of the Los Cabos Children’s Foundation. The family enjoys exploring Baja on weekend trips and embraces the winter months with a love of skiing.
